Digite (Nimblework)

My fascination with how products are built, particularly the processes that empower teams to achieve success, has always driven my design approach. As a strong advocate for value-centered design and a contributor to the Agile 2 process, I'm constantly seeking out opportunities to improve workflows.

This is what made my experience at Digité so engaging. It allowed me to not only design a tool, but to design a whole approach – one centered on the 'WHY' first. This meant asking critical questions upfront to establish clear design principles and guidelines before diving into the actual design phase.

Following this inside-out philosophy, we then tackled the internal design process itself. This resulted in a series of improvements, including process changes and the adoption of new design tools as standards. Finally, with a solid foundation in place, the user and product requirements could be effectively translated into the final designs, some of which you'll see next.

For a deeper dive into this project and its impact, a detailed case study presentation is available here. If you're interested in exploring how value-centered design and process improvement can benefit your team, feel free to connect with me to discuss potential collaborations.
